Eden Burns and Nice Girl are back at 24 Moons. Halloween plans, sorted.
Two artists with a shared appetite for the stranger corners of dance music, returning for another back-to-back in Northcotes home of techno. Expect deep grooves, playful detours and a few moments that warrant grabbing your mate by the shoulder.
Eden’s had a busy run. Following his debut album, And the Make Believers, he’s taken his Big Beat Manifesto series to Volume XII, released this July through Public Possession. That combination of rolling house rhythms, oddball humour and an instinct for making people move is exactly why we keep inviting him back.
Nice Girl has been equally busy, following her 2025 triple j Mix Up debut with this year’s Part 1 and September’s Part 2 on Public Possession. Her playful mix of psychedelic house, percussion and unexpected turns makes her a fitting partner for Eden’s particular brand of dancefloor mischief.
Together, there’s plenty of room for things to get interesting. Music you can get properly lost in, with enough cheek to remind you that you’re at a party.
Round up your people, put a little effort into the outfit and meet us on the floor. It’s Halloween in Northcote. Looking slightly strange is already covered.
