Once guests leave the venue, they will be considered to have forfeited their admission for that event; guests who wish to re-enter must purchase a new ticket. FORMOSA PRIDE has become one of the largest late-night events during Pride Parade week. The event usually begins at 9:30 PM and continues until 4:00 or 5:00 AM. This is also the time when nearby residents are resting. Over the past few years, some guests have frequently lingered outside the venue, made excessive noise, consumed alcohol, smoked, and even urinated in public. These behaviors have caused strong dissatisfaction among nearby residents and negatively affected the local environment. As a result, the local police, Environmental Protection Bureau, and other related authorities have continued to pay close attention to this event, which has affected the overall execution and normal on-site flow of the event night. The above-mentioned off-site behaviors also directly affect the venue’s impression of the event and have become the main obstacle to our future venue rentals and continued operation of large-scale events. In addition, allowing free re-entry would require security and staff to repeatedly verify guest identities and recheck personal belongings. This would significantly reduce security check efficiency and increase on-site safety management risks. This adjustment is intended to help the event run more smoothly and to allow FORMOSA PRIDE / X-Formosa to continue being held steadily at the most ideal venues in the future.
