[Bussy Temple x Strange Weather] KINNARI 001: BUSSY WEATHER

About

A NIGHT OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN EXPERIMENTAL AND ELECTRONIC MUSIC. From gamelan and spoken word performances to electronic live acts and DJ sets, BUSSY WEATHER brings together artists from across the region and diaspora for a distinctly Southeast Asian kind of storm. BUSSY WEATHER BULLETIN FORECAST... MONSOON ALERT‼️ A slow-pressure system approaches from the celestial east. Winds summon us into the strange temple where storm clouds tesseract. Damp incantations carry the force of our spit. Thunder in the heart, lightning licks. Wetness revered, revelry as awakening. Trace the scent of storm through a thousand blinking eyes. Rain will ascend, spilling out earth's veins. Swirling pools twist skin to mist, float our bones closer to sky. Water droplets prismatic, pixels of pure illumination. Shelter in oneness, liquid, monadic. Party ritual advisory remains in effect. — Programming PART I: LIGHT SHOWERS howrøng (@howr0ng) (Harp & Tabla) zeha & Charmicide (@charmicide) (Spoken word) PART II: CLOUDBURST Rose & Zach, feat.
