About

[Fri 10/30 — HARD TECHNO 'CRACKS' invites Messiahwaits (MHz, Berlin) with FENGX2] DATE: Friday, October 30, 2026 OPEN: 23:00 - 07:00 DOOR: ¥2,300 + 1D (¥700) LOCATION: BLVCK WATER — Grace Soemoncho Bldg B1F, 7-6 Soemoncho, Chuo-ku, Osaka BLVCK WATER is the only club in Osaka dedicated to dance music — in Soemoncho, five minutes on foot from Shinsaibashi station. CRACKS is its Friday night, running every week. Doors at 23:00, through to 07:00: come after the last train, leave on the first. "CRACKS" @cracks_ctb is known for some of the most forceful techno sound coming out of Osaka. Having welcomed guests including ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, NIKOLINA and LORENZO RAGANZINI from Japan and abroad, the party guides its floor through a journey of edged electronic music. ・Messiahwaits (MHz / Seoul · Berlin) A Korean-born DJ and producer based in Berlin. He is not one to say much — and he does not need to. He would rather let the records speak, the voices of meticulously built snares, hi-hats and kick drums carrying the story. Declaring "fuck genre" and calling his own sets "hyper-new rave," he refuses to be tied to any one style, blending hard techno, hard house, industrial, groove, schranz, psytrance, dub, acid and classic trance seamlessly at 150-160 bpm. Rejecting monotony, he takes the floor on a journey built as an emotional rollercoaster. He played Amelie Lens' EXHALE Berlin 24HRS in both 2022 and 2023, and closed the legendary Tresor. ・FENGX2 His relationship with music began before he could speak, in the psychedelic haze of the outdoor raves his raver parents brought him to. Travelling alone years later, he was captivated by techno's power to cross borders and languages, and started his career as a DJ and promoter at 18. Built on street-minded schranz and industrial sound, his style crosses over into metal, groove and trance on his own terms. Based in his hometown of Osaka, he plays across Japan and beyond. From 2022 he held a residency at CLUB UNDER, active week after week until the club closed, driving Osaka's hard techno scene. He then became a founding member of BLVCK WATER, a club built around techno. Self-releasing since 2025, he widened his reach in 2026 with an EP on the German label Physical Techno. Resident lineup to be announced.
