Thugshop X Never Tooo Loud presents: PHILIPPA PACHO (Phorum Records / SE)

About

Thugshop X Never Tooo Loud presents: PHILIPPA PACHO (Phorum Records / SE) on 20 November at Tuff Club. This November, Never Tooo Loud celebrates its fourth anniversary with the return of an artist who has been part of our journey and remains one of our personal favourites — Philippa Pacho. A commanding presence in the global techno circuit, the Swedish-born, Berlin-based DJ has earned a reputation for her intense yet fluid approach to techno. Her sets move effortlessly between deep, hypnotic grooves, driving rhythms, and intricate textures, creating a powerful sense of tension and release. With a sharp instinct for storytelling and an unwavering connection to the dance floor, Philippa delivers performances that are as immersive as they are uncompromising. Having established herself through a residency at Stockholm’s Under Bron in 2012, Philippa has since become a regular fixture at some of the world’s most respected clubs and festivals, including Berghain, FOLD, Bassiani, Dekmantel, Stone Techno Festival, and Awakenings Upclose. Alongside her international touring schedule, she co-runs the Positivesource imprint with Blue Hour and launched her own label in 2024, further exploring the deeper, more hypnotic territories of contemporary techno. Following her previous appearance with us, Philippa returns to Never Tooo Loud for a special anniversary edition, bringing her distinctive sound back to Singapore for a night that celebrates four years of music, community, and shared experiences on the dance floor. Joining her is SAZ, making a welcome return to the Never Tooo Loud lineup. A fresh face in Singapore’s underground electronic music scene, SAZ thoroughly impressed us during his previous appearance. This time, he returns to set the tone for the night, laying the groundwork with a carefully crafted opening set before Philippa takes control. Four years on, it’s still about our love for techno, the artists we believe in, and the people who make these nights special. NEVER TOOO LOUD ALL MUST DANCE.
